The QUIXOTE ORGANIC FOOD Group wines stand out for being produced in the province of Toledo, on dry and irrigated lands, with an extreme Mediterranean continental climate with long and hot summers and winters with low temperatures, with a very low rainfall, between 150 and 300 liters/year.
This climate facilitates organic production without using any chemical products, we also believe in biodiversity and an ecosystem balance that helps us make healthy wines of the highest quality.
All our wines are made from selected grapes, certified by mechanical procedures and at low temperatures to ensure the highest quality of the wine and preserve its best organoleptic and beneficial qualities for our health. Wine is a central ingredient in the Mediterranean diet and we produce wines of different grape varieties: Red varieties: garnacha, tempranillo, merlot, syrah, cabernet sauvignon, garnacha tintorera. White varieties: airen, macabeo, Seed muscatel, Alexandria muscatel, Gewurztraminer, Inrocio Manzoni and Chardonnay.
